We offer refunds, gift voucher and exchange. Depends onthe warranty terms mentioned on individual product,in case if there is no information given on the product page regarding the type of warranty then exchange only will be entertained

Kindly reffer the warranty terms given on the product page, in case if there is no warranty given on the product page then return will be accepted till seven working days only

What steps are necessary for a customer to make a return?:
1.Customer reports our support team regarding the problem in the product.
2. Our support team try to resolve the issue over the phone or thru Email, if still the issue remains then customer sends the product back safely thru a good courier service or he/she can physicaly come to our office along with the product.
3. Our team check the product and try to get it repaired on the spot, in case if problem still exists then we keep the product to send it to the supplier or service station of the respective product.
4. We get the product repaired and send it back to the customer on our cost.
5. If e are unable to get the product repaired then we shall send the new product or refund of the money collected from the customer
